
Its finally December! This time of year is the best! The air is crisp and clean. Everyone is busy christmas shopping, baking and decorating. Also this is when everyone tends to gets sick! Here are some tips for you to follow to stay healthy for this holiday season!

- Make sure you are taking a good multivitamin everyday. You will need all the vitamins and antioxidants you can get to keep your immune system strong!
- Eat plenty of green veggies and fruits. You want to eat lots of green veggies like as
paragus, broccoli, green beans and spinach. These veggies are pack full of nutrients, especially vitamin C. Also you want to eat fruits that are high in vitamins like oranges, grapefruits, kiwi, strawberries. Blueberries and rasberries are expensive this time of year, but they are loaded with antioxidants. Try to buy these fruits frozen so you can add them to smoothies or a healthy pancake mix.
- WASH YOU HANDS FREQUENTLY! I cannot stress this enough. Everything you touch has germs on it... beleive it or not your cell phone has more germs on it than a toliet seat! Make sure you wash your hands before eating or touching your face. Also it wouldnt hurt to take some alcohol on a cotton ball ant wipe down your cell ph
one once a day!
- Drink plenty of water! Water should be a staple in your diet. You should be drink at least 8 - 8oz. glasses a day. Not only does water cleanse your body but it is also a natural mosterizer so it will keep your skin looking radiant.
- Take some time during the day to have a quite moment to your self. Stress weakens the immune system, making you more prone to sickness. Just take 15 minutes at the start of your day to clear your mind and de-stress.
