Common-Sense Fitness and Nutrition
I will be using this blog to provide some Common-Sense Fitness and Nutrition tips for the average person. I know a lot of you out there are not interested in walking on stage in a bikini or becoming the next Oxygen cover model. Most of you guys just want to feel better, look better, and have better quality of life! You don't want to spend hours are the gym and you don't want to go on a strict diet. There are little changes you can make here and there to accomplish these things without becoming a fitness fanatic! Being healthy and fit is a lifestyle and cannot be accomplished by going on a crash diet or doing 2 hours of cardio everyday. You have to make small changes and over time you will see result and be able to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
